Why My Studio?
Starting Pilates or finding a new studio is often quite intimidating. My team of highly qualified, well experienced instructors will help you feel immediately comfortable in our caring environment.
Whether you choose to train privately or in a group situation you will receive detailed, individual instruction.
We are always up to date with the latest information regarding physiology, kinetic trends and various teaching methods.
Group Training
Group classes
A group consists of between 3 to 5 people and each person is closely monitored.
Semi-Private Training
2 people training together.
Private Training
The benefits of private training are immeasurable. Pilates has a profound emphasis on technique which requires very specific muscle recruitment. Thus learning the discipline one-on-one is highly recommended.
Other benefits include a personalised training program and use of equipment.

Rehabilitation Training
One-on-one training designed to balance muscular strength, improve mobility and teach correct muscular recruitment in order to restore proper movement patterns and a pain-free body.
